Although we have been marketing Lutradur polyester materials for over 20 years for industrial applications, it was only some 5 years ago that we recognised the growing interest (Lutradur 70) coming primarily from artists, quilters and embroiderers.
During 2005 we therefore started to market Lutradur 70 specifically for use within this sector, and some months later introduced further weights, firstly Lutradur 30 (light weight fleece) followed by Lutradur 100 and then Lutradur 130.
During last year we introduced a further, much heavier weight, called Lutradur XL and also the lightest weight available - Lutradur 25.
Again in an effort to bring new and innovative materials into this sector, we then went on to introduce another non woven material that we had been selling to industry for a number of years called Evolon.
Not only the standard Evolon, but in addition Evolon ‘Soft’
